Pharmacy Flow has three ways in, and two of them cost nothing. A directory listing is free to be on and free to claim. Signing up — or claiming a listing — provisions your own organization on a 14-day free trial of the full platform. After that, the platform is priced per operation by facility count and order volume, quoted on request.
What is free, and stays free

Being listed
The public directory is compiled from the FDA National Drug Code Directory and the NPPES registry. If you are a pharmacy or a drug labeler on record, you are already in it. There is no fee to be listed and no fee to stay listed.
Claiming takes about two minutes and is free. It lets you correct the registry record, publish your catalog, answer buyer enquiries and bid on requests for quotes. It also provisions your organization with the 14-day trial.
Buyers post a requirement once; only pharmacies licensed in the ship-to state see it and bid. No account is needed to ask, and there is no fee to post.
We do not charge buyers to search, and we do not charge sellers to be found. The directory's job is to be the most complete public map of who makes, compounds and dispenses each medicine; charging for presence would make it less complete.
What the 14-day trial includes
Signup asks for an organization name, your name, an email and a password — no card. The platform provisions a tenant of your own, isolated by row-level security, with every module switched on for 14 days. That includes the parts vendors usually gate: the quality system, unit-level serialization, the partner portal and the order API.

How a platform quote is built
Every pharmacy's shape is different: one 503A site shipping a few hundred orders a month, a 503B facility batching office stock, a telehealth fulfilment network running three facilities for a dozen brands. A single tier chart would either overcharge the first or undercharge the last, so we quote each operation on two inputs and nothing hidden.
Facility count
How many physical sites run on the platform. Each facility carries its own inventory, licences, routing and P&L; the network view rolls them up.
Order volume
Monthly orders across those facilities. This is the driver of storage, serialization events, parcel scans and partner webhook traffic.
What is not a factor
Number of users, number of brands in the partner portal, number of modules. Everything is on; we do not sell modules back to you one at a time.
What you get with it
Guided onboarding on your data (formulations, materials, products, suppliers, licences), the setup wizard, and a named contact who built the product.

Directory & marketplace, in more detail
A claimed listing is more than a corrected phone number. The seller console gives you a storefront, listings with your own catalog, an RFQ inbox where requests routed to your state land, enquiries from buyers, and marketplace orders. Buyers on the platform see a supplier directory and catalog and can post requests. A DB trigger enforces that only claimed, active sellers can quote — so unclaimed listings never receive requests they cannot answer.
What a claimed profile looks like
Products from the NDC registry, therapeutic areas, licences and coverage, nearby and similar suppliers — and, once claimed, your catalog, contact details and the ability to answer enquiries and bid. Unclaimed listings are shown as what they are: public records that Pharmacy Flow has not verified.
Claim your listing. It is free, it corrects the public record, and it puts your catalog in front of buyers searching by medicine. You also get the trial — use it or not.

Does claiming my listing cost anything?+
No. Claiming is free and takes about two minutes. It corrects the registry record, publishes your catalog, lets you answer enquiries and bid on RFQs, and provisions the 14-day platform trial.
Are modules sold separately?+
No. Every platform option includes every module — the quality system, serialization, the partner portal and the API are not add-ons. Pricing varies with facilities and volume, not with which screens you use.
Is there a per-user charge?+
No. Users, roles, brands in the partner portal and integrations are not pricing factors.
Do you help with migration and onboarding?+
Yes. Onboarding on your data — formulations, materials, products, suppliers, licences and partners — and the setup wizard are part of getting started on a subscription. Migration from a dispensing system or spreadsheets is scoped on the demo call.
