Why we started Pharmacy Flow.
One of the biggest lessons we learned working in healthcare was that the real challenge isn't filling an order — it's everything that happens before and after it.
We had the opportunity to work around managed care and prescription-based fulfillment for home medical products, where we saw firsthand how many people, systems, approvals, and documents are involved in getting the right product to the right patient. Every step introduced complexity — from sourcing and authorizations to inventory, fulfillment, reimbursement, and tracking.
As we began learning more about at-home medical product distribution, pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, and the fast-growing markets across the USA, we realized the same operational challenges exist — but at an even greater scale. Modern pharmacies aren't simply dispensing medication; they're manufacturing it. That means managing raw materials, inventory, compounding workflows, quality, compliance, and fulfillment — and understanding the true cost and profitability of every order, right down to your true cost per fill.
That's why we built Pharmacy Flow.
Our vision is to create one intelligent platform that helps pharmacies manage the entire operation — from sourcing to fulfillment — with greater visibility, better workflows, and AI that elevates people rather than replacing them.
At Nirvana, we've always believed that technology is only part of the solution. Real transformation comes from understanding the problem, redesigning the workflow, helping people embrace change, and then applying technology where it creates measurable outcomes.
We're excited to partner with pharmacies that want to help shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing and fulfillment.
